Privacy Policy
- Enquiries and bookings
- When you submit the enquiry form, your details are passed directly to WhatsApp to start a conversation. This website does not store your form details. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Consultations
- Everything you share during a consultation, including birth details and personal matters, is kept confidential and is never sold or passed on.
- Visitor activity
- The visitor activity panel shows only an approximate city and country, worked out on the server from your connection. IP addresses, names and exact locations are never stored or displayed, and entries are removed after 24 hours. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are never listed.
- Third-party services
- The contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
